Here is my old EP from ages ago that I never officially released. Released in 2022 at the beginning of my composition journey.
The First Awakening was as the title implies the first full piece I ever wrote. It has a lot of elements that became defining parts of my style from then on. Though as with the rest of this album it is far more basic than my modern music.
The ringmaster was my first exploration of more fun music. It really was when I found my main niche of dark but fun music. The beginning being fun and strange and then morphing into a darker tone became a staple of my music afterwards.
Those College Blues is the only piece here I am still particularly proud of. It is the first piece I wrote in which most things came out exactly as I imagined them. Written during a particularly difficult few weeks of college hence the name.
Ancient Ice is a piece I think has much more potential than I could realise at the time. While I think I set up a strong atmosphere I did not have the skills and tools to get it to sound how I liked at the time.
First Dance is a style of music I have grown very attached to. The excitable synth music is now a quite common thing to find me writing when I want something fun and somewhat simple. It is the perfect prototype piece for a lot of what I would come to do.
